DALL·E, an image generator developed by OpenAI, stands out from other generators due to its integration with ChatGPT. Users can generate images from text descriptions (prompts) and then modify them conversationally, directly within the ChatGPT interface.
It is worth noting that, from a chronological perspective, the official announcement of DALL·E, accompanied by image examples but without a publicly accessible version, took place in January 2021. In April 2022, OpenAI introduced DALL·E 2 with limited access (closed beta, waitlist), before opening it to the public in July 2022.
