Virtual reality and augmented reality
AOKIstudio produces high-end 3D CGI content for virtual reality, augmented reality and mixed reality.
Also check out our work in the fields of 3D animation & special effects, art direction, art installations, the smartphone apps, the architecturale 3D visualization and the live action.
Virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) are disciplines that use digital tools and technologies to create immersive and interactive visual experiences. They can include complete virtual environments, digital objects superimposed on the real environment, immersive 360-degree videos and interactive experiences.
Virtual reality immerses the user in an entirely digital environment, often using a VR headset. This can be used to visit remote locations, explore fictional spaces, simulate situations for training or education, or play immersive games.
Augmented reality, meanwhile, superimposes digital information onto the user's physical environment, usually through a smartphone screen or AR glasses. This can be used to visualise contextual information, interact with digital objects in a real space, or visualise potential designs or changes in a physical environment.

Virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) can be used for a variety of purposes:
Provide immersive and interactive experiences for users, whether for entertainment, education or training.
Enable designers and engineers to visualise and test ideas in a virtual space before they are implemented in the real world.
Improve accessibility to environments or experiences that may be geographically remote, dangerous or impossible to achieve in reality.
Create marketing and promotional materials, enabling customers to interact with products or spaces in a more engaging way.
Virtual reality and augmented reality can be achieved using a variety of tools and technologies. Game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine are commonly used to create 3D environments and objects, as well as manage interactions and behaviours in virtual space. Tools such as ARKit (for iOS devices) and ARCore (for Android devices) enable the development of augmented reality applications that overlay digital objects onto the user's camera view.
